Booking and payment
Prices are shown in euros and calculated on our server. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified; contacting us on WhatsApp does not confirm a booking.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time (Moroccan local time) for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
This applies to every tour and experience we sell: day trips, treks, Agafay, desert, balloon flights, multi-day tours and private transfers. You can cancel yourself from your private booking link until the deadline shown there; any payment is then refunded in full automatically to your original payment method. If we cannot provide a booked service, you receive a full refund.
Weather
Balloon flights cancelled by us because of weather: rescheduled free of charge, or full refund if no new date suits the customer.
Safety and customer responsibilities
We may adjust or cancel an itinerary for safety reasons, including weather. If an experience cannot run safely, we offer an alternative date or option. Customers must tell us in advance about medical conditions, allergies, dietary needs, reduced mobility and children's ages. Travel insurance is the customer's responsibility.
