Frequently asked questions

Booking, payment, cancellation and practical travel answers for tours with Amazouz Morocco Tours.

Booking & payment

How do I book a tour?

Open the tour, choose your option, date and number of guests, then enter your details. Tours with instant booking go straight to secure PayPal payment; other tours start as a request, and we send you an exact quote with a private PayPal payment link.

See all tours →

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed only after your payment has been verified. You then receive a booking reference and a private booking page with your voucher.

How can I pay?

Payments are made through PayPal, which also accepts debit and credit cards. We never see or store your card details.

In which currency are prices shown?

All prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR). The total you see before paying is calculated on our server and is exactly the amount charged.

Does contacting you on WhatsApp confirm my booking?

No. WhatsApp is for questions and booking help only. A booking is confirmed only after verified payment.

Can I be charged twice?

No. Each booking can be paid only once; our server checks every payment before it is accepted.

What does "request" mean on some tours?

For some tours we first check the details with you. You send a request, we reply with an exact price, and you pay through a private PayPal link. Nothing is charged until you pay that quote.

Where can I see my booking after paying?

Use the private link in your confirmation to open your booking page. Keep that link private; it shows your booking details and voucher.

Prices & children

Is the price per person or per group?

It depends on the tour. Each tour page shows whether the price is per person, for a private group, or depends on the party size, and the booking form calculates the total for you.

Do children pay less?

For tours priced per person, a child pays 90% of the adult price, unless the tour states otherwise. Age limits set by the activity still apply.

Why do you ask for each child's age?

Please tell us children’s ages in advance so we can arrange the experience and apply the appropriate child price.

Can the price change after I pay?

No. Once your payment is verified, the price you paid is fixed.

How much is a hot air balloon flight in Marrakech?

Standard shared balloon flights on our site cost €150 per adult and €135 per child. Comfort, combination and private options are priced separately on each tour.
