Marrakech: 4-Days Atlas Canyoning, Via Ferrata Expedition

Day 1: Marrakech – Demnate – Imi n'Ifri – Aït Bouguemez – Taghia Gorge Begin your adventure with an early morning departure from Marrakech, crossing the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains toward the historic town of Demnate. The first highlight is the spectacular Imi n'Ifri Natural Bridge, one of Morocco's most impressive geological formations. Enjoy a guided walk beneath the enormous limestone arch, explore the waterfalls, discover hidden caves, and admire the dramatic canyon carved over thousands of years by flowing water. Savor a picnic lunch surrounded by nature before continuing through winding mountain roads into the beautiful Aït Bouguemez, known as the "Happy Valley." Here, discover traditional Amazigh villages, irrigated fields, walnut groves, and breathtaking mountain scenery. Continue deeper into the High Atlas, passing remote villages before arriving in the legendary Taghia Gorge, one of the world's finest limestone climbing destinations. Meet your guides for an expedition briefing, equipment check, and safety presentation before enjoying a traditional Moroccan dinner. Day 2: Via Ferrata Adventure & Mountain Leadership Challenge After breakfast, begin a scenic hike through Taghia's spectacular valley toward the Via Ferrata access point. Following a complete safety briefing, participants are equipped with certified helmets, harnesses, Via Ferrata lanyards, and climbing equipment. The ascent follows protected steel cables anchored into the limestone cliffs, crossing exposed traverses, vertical sections, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the entire gorge. After reaching the summit, enjoy a picnic lunch before descending back into the valley. Return to the guesthouse for dinner and a relaxing evening under the stars. Day 3: Technical Rock Climbing & Canyoning Expedition Today is dedicated to the incredible limestone walls and hidden canyons surrounding Taghia. Following breakfast, professional climbing instructors divide participants according to experience and ability before beginning a day of technical climbing. Choose from beginner advanced routes, sport climbing, or demanding multi-pitch climbs on world-famous limestone cliffs visited by elite international climbers. In the afternoon, continue into one of the nearby canyons for an exciting canyoning adventure. Day 4: Taghia – Imsfrane Cathedral – Bin El Ouidane – Ouzoud Waterfalls – Marrakech After breakfast, depart Taghia and travel through one of Morocco's most spectacular mountain landscapes. Stop at the breathtaking Cathedral of Imsfrane, where towering limestone formations resemble the arches of a giant natural cathedral. Continue toward Bin El Ouidane Lake & rugged mountains After a scenic drive, arrive at the magnificent Ouzoud Waterfalls, Morocco's highest waterfalls. Enjoy free time to walk the trails before heading back to Marrakech.
