Cooking class with 2 hours of ATV

After meeting at our meeting point, we will take a short tour of a local market near our house to buy vegetables and all the other ingredients we will need for cooking. Then we go home, and the first thing we do is teach you the traditional way to make Moroccan mint tea. And of course, we drink tea while getting to know each other. Travelers then learn new techniques for peeling, chopping, and seasoning tajines with the right spices, just as our grandmothers and mothers do at home. We usually prepare 3 or 4 different dishes so you can learn more in one class. While cooking, we will talk in depth about the cultures, traditions, and history of Morocco. Travelers will work as a team to prepare different dishes, which will allow them to learn more than just one specific dish by using different spices. The cooking program lasts 3 hours, from the moment we meet to the moment you eat, and of course, since you are on vacation, we are not stressed by time; you feel like you are at home. At the end of the class, it's time to taste and eat what you've cooked, and usually in the evening, we share a link to our website where you can find recipes for the dishes we prepare and many other dishes. At the end of this experience, there is another service provided by two local boys who will reveal the hidden corners of the palm grove where the contrast is striking.
