Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi n’Tichka Pass – Roses Valley – Tagdilt Start your adventure with an early departure from Marrakech, driving through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n'Tichka Pass. Continue toward Ouarzazate and journey through the famous Roses Valley, renowned for its fragrant rose fields and historic kasbahs. Explore the stunning Dades Valley landscapes with their thousand kasbahs, then head south across a desert plateau to the mountain village of Tagdilt. Enjoy dinner and overnight with a local family in a traditional guesthouse at 1,650 m. Day 2: Tagdilt – Tizi N’Iferd Pass – Iferd Plateau (2,250 m) After breakfast, meet your trekking team and watch the muleteers load the pack mules, marking the start of your trek. Cross a vast desert plateau and gradually climb toward Tizi N’Iferd Pass at 2,400 m, where panoramic views of the Central High Atlas await. Descend toward the expansive Iferd Plateau, often visited by semi-nomadic Ait Atta shepherds. Set up camp on this high plateau and enjoy dinner under the stars at 2,250 m. Day 3: Almou N’Ouarg – Kouaouch Summit (2,600 m) – Igli (1,700 m) Begin the day with an ascent to Kouaouch Summit at 2,600 m, the highest point of the trek. The climb is steady and accessible to most hikers, rewarding you with breathtaking views over the rugged Anti-Atlas landscapes. Enjoy a picnic lunch prepared by your trekking cook, then descend through the Tassegdilt Valley to the campsite near the village of Igli at 1,700 m. Dinner and overnight camping complete your day under the stars Day 4: Igli – Tadaout N’Tablah Plateau – Bab N’Ali Cross the spectacular Tadaout N’Tablah, a rocky amphitheater surrounded by dramatic volcanic formations. Marvel at towering rock spires and sculpted sandstone dating back to the Precambrian era. Continue toward Bab N’Ali, one of the most iconic landscapes of the Saghro massif, where two gigantic rock towers form a natural stone gate. Set up camp nearby and enjoy dinner under the desert sky. Day 5: Bab N’Ali – Nkob – Draa Valley – Marrakech After breakfast, bid farewell to the trekking team and muleteers, and meet your driver for the road transfer. Travel through Nkob, famous for its kasbahs, and continue through the lush Draa Valley, passing Agdez, before reaching Ouarzazate. After lunch near the High Atlas, cross Tizi n’Tichka Pass once more and return to Marrakech in the afternoon.
