The following day, travel to Rabat, Morocco’s capital, where you will discover the Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas before continuing to the charming coastal town of Asilah. Journey north through the scenic Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, Morocco’s famous Blue City, known for its picturesque blue-painted streets and relaxed atmosphere. Continue to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis and the imperial city of Meknes before arriving in Fez, the cultural and spiritual heart of Morocco.
