Nfiss Valley: A Trek Through Imgdal’s Hidden Groves

Begin your day with a pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech. Head toward the High Atlas foothills, passing through the Haouz plain. If your trip falls on a Tuesday, stop at the vibrant Tahanaout weekly market to see locals trading livestock and produce. Reach the Imgdal/Amsguine area around 10:30 AM to meet your local mountain guide. Embark on a 2 to 3-hour hike. Walk through irrigated groves of walnut, olive, and carob trees. Pass through traditional mud-brick hamlets like Amsguine, observing the ancient seguias (irrigation canals) in action.
