1. Who is responsible for my booking and the activity?

Ask for the business name, a contact method and clarification of who handles booking questions versus on-the-day arrangements. A seller's name alone does not explain who supplies each part of an excursion.

Atlas Mountains: confirm the walking requirements

3. Where does included pickup actually apply?

Give the company your accommodation address before paying. Ask whether pickup covers that location, whether vehicles can reach the entrance and when exact meeting instructions will arrive.

For the Agafay example, today's checkout confirms hotel pickup within Marrakech. Medina riad guests meet at the nearest vehicle-accessible point or Hotel Islane; exact details follow booking. Outside-city pickup is not covered by that confirmed city rule.
