Itinerary: 8:30 AM: Pickup from a convenient location near your accommodation in Marrakech. Transfer: A scenic 64 km drive south to my hometown, Imlil, nestled in the heart of the High Atlas Mountains. Bike Setup: Upon arrival, we’ll fit you with an electric bike tailored to your size, along with a helmet. Ride: Embark on a 4 to 5-hour ride through two picturesque valleys—the Imlil Valley and the Imnane Valley. Experience breathtaking views as we cross the Tizi Tamatert Mountain Pass at 2,300 meters, with Imlil at 1,740 meters. Enjoy stunning vistas of Mount Toubkal (4,167 meters), charming Berber villages, and lush walnut, cherry, and apple orchards. Cultural Insight: As we ride, I’ll share insights into Berber culture and way of life, enriching your experience. Lunch: After our ride, savor a delicious meal prepared by my mother at our family home, offering a taste of traditional Moroccan cuisine. Vegetarian options are available.
