Full Day Trip to Ouarzazate and Ait Benhaddou From Marrakech

Itinerary & Highlights: 1\. High Atlas Mountains & Tizi n'Tichka Pass Begin your adventure with a scenic morning drive from Marrakech. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n'Tichka pass, the highest mountain peak in North Africa. We will make regular stops to enjoy the breathtaking views, breathe in the fresh mountain air, take memorable photos, and grab a coffee. 2\. Kasbah Ait Benhaddou Arrive at the iconic Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a spectacular fortified village recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987. Explore the ancient earthen architecture and discover why it has been the backdrop for countless epic movies. You will have free time to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant offering panoramic views of the Ksar. 3\. Ouarzazate & Cinema Studios Continue to Ouarzazate, widely known as the "Hollywood of Africa." Here, you have the opportunity to visit the famous cinema studios where worldwide blockbusters and hit series were filmed, and see exactly how movie magic is made. You will also visit the impressive Kasbah Taourirt, a historic palace of the Glaoui dynasty. 4\. Return Journey Relax on the comfortable drive back to Marrakech, with convenient 10 to 15-minute breaks along the way for snacks, coffee, and facilities. Important General Information: Drop-off: You will arrive back in Marrakech between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. What to Bring: A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are highly recommended. Heavy luggage is not recommended for this day trip. Food & Drinks: There is no need to pack food or water; there will be plenty of stops with shops, cafes, and restaurants along the route.
