Main course Chicken tagine with candied lemon: tender chicken simmered in a tagine, enhanced by candied lemon and authentic spices for an explosion of flavors in the mouth. Sweetness at the end of a meal Fresh oranges with cinnamon: a sweet and spicy touch to end this Moroccan culinary journey on a fragrant note. International Escape: Entrance Chicken Caesar Salad: a revisited classic, with pieces of grilled chicken, crunchy lettuce, and a creamy sauce for a gourmet touch. Main Course Salmon steak with Miso sauce and fried rice: a tender salmon steak, topped with subtly flavored Miso sauce, accompanied by fried rice.
