A familiar tour name does not necessarily mean an identical booking. Before choosing where to pay, check the actual option, inclusions, cancellation deadline and contact instructions—not just the destination photo.

The direct answer: Amazouz Morocco Tours has a local team in Marrakech and accepts direct bookings; GetYourGuide is a marketplace for booking activities. Either can be a valid choice. Compare the selected listing and checkout terms rather than assuming that direct booking is cheaper, that platform booking is less personal, or that both reservations involve the same operator or itinerary.

These rows describe what to check, not a ranking of service quality. Platform arrangements vary by the actual listing and selected option.

Neither route guarantees a faster reply, immediate pickup confirmation or greater availability. Do not assume that similarly named listings share a balloon, guide, departure time, vehicle or seat allocation.
These are Amazouz's direct-booking facts. Do not automatically apply them to a reservation made elsewhere: check that reservation's own terms.
Use the same travel date, party size, currency and comparable inclusions. Check whether transfers, meals, guiding and optional activities are included. A headline starting price may refer to a different option from the one you intend to book.
The four cards below show Amazouz's own live price references dated 27 October 2026. They are not platform price comparisons or promises of future availability. Open the linked page and confirm the selected option and total at checkout before paying. A price difference alone does not establish why the amounts differ; this article makes no claims about commissions, reseller margins or who determines a platform listing's price.

Amazouz live price reference: from €165 — hot air balloon flight with Berber breakfast.
The listed activity lasts approximately five hours overall and includes hotel pickup and drop-off, a balloon flight, breakfast and a flight certificate. Five hours is not the flight duration. Exact pickup details are arranged after booking; the booking time slot is not necessarily the pickup or flight time. Weather can affect operations, and a sunrise view is not guaranteed.
Amazouz live price reference: from €25 — Agafay Desert sunset camel ride and dinner show.
The listed duration is four hours, with a 15–20-minute camel ride, dinner, tea and entertainment. Transport is included. For riads inaccessible by bus inside the medina, the listed meeting point is Hotel Islane. Agree the exact pickup time and meeting location after booking rather than treating accommodation pickup as guaranteed at every address.
Amazouz live price reference: from €30 — Ouzoud Waterfalls guided hike and boat trip.
Allow approximately 11–12 hours. Transfers are listed, but inclusions depend on the option: a local guide and boat ride are included in Options 1, 3 and Private, not Option 2. Lunch is included only in Option 3 and Private. Check your chosen option carefully; the tour title alone does not establish what your booking includes.
Amazouz live price reference: from €30 — Atlas Mountains full-day hiking trip with lunch.
The listed duration is nine hours, with hotel pickup and drop-off, transport, a guide, lunch, a camel ride and mint tea. Review the walking requirements before booking and ask about suitability if you have mobility or health concerns. Confirm any requested itinerary adjustment rather than assuming it is included or available.
For direct Amazouz bookings, the full-refund cancellation cutoff is at least 24 hours before the start in Morocco local time. Less than 24 hours before the start, cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Keep the start time and cancellation deadline with your booking information.
The balloon weather policy is separate from a traveller deciding to cancel: if Amazouz cancels the flight because of weather, free rescheduling or a full refund is available. For platform reservations, consult the actual booking's cancellation and disruption terms. A request to change a date or pickup point is not confirmation that the change has been accepted.
Where an Amazouz tour page displays a “rating on booking platforms,” it refers to an external platform rating, not reviews collected through Amazouz's own website. It should not be presented as proof that every review concerns an identical direct-booking option, operator or departure.
Read relevant recent comments alongside the listing details. This article makes no claim about review verification methods or equivalence between platform listings and direct bookings.
Choose the route whose selected offer, terms and contact arrangements suit you. GetYourGuide and other booking platforms are valid choices; direct booking with Amazouz is also an option. Neither route is inherently cheaper, faster or more certain.
