Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi n'Tichka – Ait Ben Haddou
Morning pickup from your hotel or riad. Drive over the High Atlas with viewpoint stops and explore the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou at your own pace.

Day 1: Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Zagora
Pass Ouarzazate and follow the Draa Valley south through palm groves and kasbah villages to the edge of the Zagora desert.

Day 1: Sunset camel ride and desert camp
Ride a camel to the camp at sunset, then enjoy a Moroccan dinner, music around the campfire and a night in a tent.

Day 2: Sunrise, breakfast and return to Marrakech

Zagora or Merzouga: which should I choose?
Choose Zagora if you only have two days. Choose Merzouga if you want the big golden dunes of Erg Chebbi and can spend three days or more.
How long is the drive?
Around seven hours each way, with regular stops for photos, rest and meals.
What is the desert camp like?
It is a standard Berber camp with tents, access to shower and toilet, and limited electricity.
Can we do this trip privately?
Yes. A private option with your own vehicle and driver is available when you check availability.
What should I bring?
Warm clothes for the night, closed shoes, sun protection, a charger and cash for lunch, drinks and tips. Leave large luggage at your hotel.
Are camel rides and Aït Ben Haddou entry included?
The sunset camel ride to the camp and sunrise ride back are included. Entry to Aït Ben Haddou village is free. A local guide is optional and paid on site, and some houses charge a small fee for interior visits.
Can I cancel for free?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time (Moroccan local time) for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
